‘Hope in Every Step’ Walk
Hope in Every Step is organized by The Pink Journey Foundation – a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization in Orange County committed to providing breast education to all women, peer mentoring for newly diagnosed breast cancer women, and mobile mammography for underserved communities. Your support can help us to continue our mission to provide breast cancer education to EVERY woman. A 1-mile- or 2-mile walk, both starting at The Beach House and making a loop.
Come join us in the sand as we continue to raise awareness around breast health.

The 1-mile walk goes from The Beach House to the Seal Beach Pier back to The Beach House.
The 2-mile walk goes from The Beach House to the other side of the beach back to The Beach House.

Prizes will be awarded to the largest team, the most creative team attire, and much more! We will have a GRAND PRIZE for the team that raises the most money!!
Please note this is a beach walk, so come in appropriate shoes, bring your sunscreen & hat, and join us for a morning of celebration!

Q: Do I have to pay to participate in this event?
A: No! There is no registration or participation fee for this event. Being a part of this event is FREE. However, we encourage everyone to donate (and collect donations for your team) in any amount that you/they are comfortable with.
Q: How many people can be in a team?
A: As many as your heart desires!
Q: Are you accepting sponsors for the walk?

Q: How long is the walk?
A: We have 2 route options you can take, a 1 mile walk in the sand or a 2-mile walk in the sand.
Q: I can’t join, but I’d love to donate, is that possible?
A: We will miss you, but greatly appreciate your want to donate! You can do so by clicking the button.
Q: What is parking like?
A: The Beach House is where we will begin our walk, there is plenty of parking in their lot or street parking throughout the city. The lot parking outside of The Beach House is $2/hour.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Unfortunately, the city of Seal Beach does not allow dogs. But, The Pink Journey loves dogs, so we’ll hopefully get to meet your furry friends at another event.
Q: Will food/beverages be provided?
A: We are partnering with The Beach House on a special breakfast menu where 20% of net sales will be donated to The Pink Journey Foundation during our walk. We have also partnered with other local businesses to support The Pink Journey Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and will share those amazing partners with you on the day of the walk!
